Bellevue Villa Owned by Russell Wilson and Ciara: Dive into Its Two-Special Story.
Super Bowl-winning former Seattle Seahawks dual-threat quarterback Russell Wilson and moniker fashion model/R&B singer Ciara have advertised their Bellevue, Washington, property for $36 mιllιon after being traded to the Denver Broncos.
The “Goodies” and “Speechless” singer, a tireless entrepreneur and devoted philanthropist, and Wilson, once the NFL’s highest-paid player who earned $35 million per year in his final years with the Seahawks, hope to treble their money from the sale of their two-parcel waterfront estate. The two properties were acquired in two separate transactions, one in 2015, the year before their wedding, and one in 2019 for a total of $13.4 mιllιon.
The two parcels are listed separately by Carmen and Chandler Gayton of Windermere Real Estate Co. The main house property is listed for $28 mιllιon, while the next plot with a detached garage and sports court is listed for $8 mιllιon.
The two properties total approximately 1.9 lushly landscaped acres that slope down to a breathtaking 270-foot Lake Washington shoreline. The opulent primary residence was constructed in 2007 on a hill with views of the water and city.
In a little over 11,000 square feet on three floors, a theatrical wrought iron circular staircase and an elevator serve six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms.
A 20-foot entrance, two formal dining rooms, and a black library/office are among highlights. The vast room is divided by groin-vaulted Corinthian columns. A large kitchen with intricately carved bone-white woodwork is on one side.
Southeast Asian antique carved wood doors, at least four beautifully carved stone fireplaces, and a circular dining bay off the great room with lake vistas of downtown Seattle appear throughout.
The main suite’s luxurious bathroom has a garden tub and cedar sauna and is decorated in several colours of purple velvet, from plum to violet to eggplant.
The lavish suite’s 200 square feet of custom closet space and “Hollywood-worthy glam room” significantly up the extravagance.
The renovated lower level features a games parlor and a cozy, wood-paneled theater.
A two-story treehouse in the backyard that has a faux-fur rug, leather chair, and flat-screen TV is more suitable for adults than children. Floor to ceiling windows offer views of the city and the water.
