Perhaps rap superstar Drake is just “Way 2 Sexy” for the megamansion he bought from fellow musical artist Robbie Williams.
Whatever the reason, the Canadian recording artist has put the Beverly Hills estate back on the market for $88 million, after a little more than a year.
Drake paid Williams $75 million for the posh pad in mid-March 2022. So if he gets his asking price, he stands to snag a substantial profit on the sumptuous property. So, YOLO?

Williams purchased the Tuscan-inspired estate from Guess co-founder, Armand Marciano, in 2015 for $32.7 million, according to Dirt. So you could say the property has a very profitable, if not extensive, history.
Although the estate might appear to have been tucked discreetly into the hills since the days of silent-film tycoons, it was actually built and designed in 2001 by the esteemed KAA Associates.
The 20-acre lot also harkens back the early 20th century, when land this close to the Beverly Hills Hotel was not as densely developed. It’s one of the largest properties in the area.
The main residence is accessed by a lengthy, gated drive. Situated at the top of a hill, the mansion features impressive canyon, city, and ocean views.

Drake will have a hard time finding the home’s stately equivalent anywhere nearby. The living space measures 24,260 square feet and features 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms (yes), spread across various structures on the expansive grounds.

There are seven bedrooms and 13 baths in the main residence, which includes three en suite bedrooms in the separate staff wing.
The primary suite is beyond belief, with its spacious balcony and remarkable views. The bedroom is attached to a luxe, living-room-sized lounge and dressing room. Off the lounge, there are two walk-in closets and two baths, both with the most luxurious finishes available.

Tennis, anyone?
The colossal grounds include numerous patios, rolling lawns, a pool with a lovely sun mosaic, an orchard, outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, a pool/guesthouse, and a tennis court.
And here’s a fun anecdote for anyone wondering if Drake ever uses that tennis court. When he was rumored to be dating tennis icon Serena Williams in 2015, she vouched for his skills, saying that he was actually “a really good player,” according to Essentially Sports.
Drake was born Aubrey Drake Graham and has been a consummately influential figure in pop, rap, hip-hop, and R&B. The 36-year-old has won five Grammy Awards and 34 Billboard Awards, among others.
