Paul Reiser’s previous Beverly Park property was recently purchased by Dwayne Johnson for $27.8 miℓℓio𝚗.
On April 6, Johnson, 48, who is considering running for president, quietly closed on the six-bedroom, 12-bath property in an off-market deal.
The structure is thought to be the largest property in the upscale Beverly Park neighborhood, which is home to celebrities including Denzel Wɑshingto𝚗, Eddie Murphy, Sofa Vergara, Sylvester Stallone, and Rod Stewart. The building is situated on a level 3.67 acres.
Multiple gates on the ultra-private estate make it easy to enter and leave the property.
There are tennis courts, a pool and spa with plenty of natural light, an indoor pool, a huge gym, a baseball diamond, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theater, and an elevator in this enormous, 17,630 square foot home.
The quiet cul-de-sac in the peaceful neighborhood high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, adorned with olive trees, leads to a motor court. There are numerous old trees in the park as well as excellent trails and “hidden sanctuaries.”
In January, Johnson listed his opulent equestrian estate outside of Atlanta for sale, but he hasn’t had any takers.
As a result of his work in films like “Ballers,” “Jumanji,” and the “Fast & Furious” series, he was named Hollywood’s highest-paid actor.
Two girls were born to Johnson and his wife Lauren Hashian, whom he wed in 2019. He also has a child from a previous relationship.
