Both are “action heroes”, they all have to carry out harsh exercise regimes to have the body and health to meet the needs of the movie.
Jason and The Rock, some are 49, some are 50, but both have extremely great bodies, showing no signs of aging.
Jason is not tall but has an extremely lean body. He turned his parking lot into a gym with many specialized equipment.
There was a time when Jason had a fat body.
According to Men’s Health, Jason Statham works out six days/week. He only takes one day off which is called rest day.
Jason Statham’s fiancee is British supermodel Rosi Huntington. Both are each other’s motivation to practice.
Jason and his fiancée also used to do couple exercises to increase exercise inspiration
Jason never repeats an exercise in the same session but changes it up constantly.
He often records the training process (time, number of weights). Gradually he will increase the exercises to more advanced levels.
After performing vigorous exercises, Jason will run to help his body withstand the gradually decreasing intensity of exercise pressure.
When it comes to bodybuilding idols, few people don’t know about The Rock.
He is considered a role model, a training example that many men admire.
The Rock wakes up at 5am to eat up to 7 meals. He will burn this energy in the gym with incredibly heavy weights for every inch of his body.
Dwayne Johnson shared: “I don’t go to the gym to play. I always want to be the person who trains the hardest and always make sure to maximize my potential.”
Every day, The Rock wakes up at 4 a.m., drinks a cup of coffee, then does 45-50 minutes of cardio on an elliptical machine.
After the cardio session, The Rock has breakfast, followed by official training time at the gym, lasting up to several hours.
