Inside The Rock’s $27.8M Beverly Park Estate: A Dream Home for His Daughter’s Playtime in the Spacious Garden
Recently, Dwayne Johnson paid $27.8 million for the Beverly Park mansion formerly owned by comedian Paul Reiser.
Johnson, 48, a prospective presidential candidate, acquired the six-bedroom, twelve-bathroom home in an off-market transaction on April 6.
The building is believed to be the largest in the prestigious Beverly Park neighborhood, which is home to luminaries such as Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Sofa Vergara, Sylvester Stallone, and Rod Stewart.
Multiple gates on the ultra-private estate make it easy to access and exit the grounds.
It consists of a tennis court, a pool and bath with ample sunlight, an indoor pool, a sizable gym, a baseball diamond, a music room with a recording studio, a movie theater, and an elevator, and measures a whopping 17,630 square feet.
Long olive tree-lined road leading to a motor court in a secluded neighborhood in the highlands above Beverly Hills. Additionally, the park contains a number of ancient trees, beautiful trails, and “hidden sanctuaries.”
In January, Johnson listed his opulent equestrian estate on the fringes of Atlanta for sale, but he has received no offers.
He was the highest-paid actor in Hollywood for films such as “Ballers,” “Jumanji,” and the “Fast & Furious” series.
Johnson and his 2019-married wife Lauren Hashian have two daughters together. He has a daughter from a previous relationship.
