Rick Ross Transfers $37 Million for Super-Luxurious Mansion on Miami’s Star Island.
A lavish nine-bedroom property on Miami’s Star Island will cost Rick Ross upwards of $37 mιllιon buy.
According to the Wall Street Journal, famous people including Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Shaquille O’Neal, and Gloria Estefan have all resided on Star Island over the years.
In 2020, Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez bought a 10-bedroom estate there, adding glamour to the island.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, Rick, 47, who grew up in the same Miami suburb where Flo Rida was born, is now a resident of Star Island.
Rick is allegedly going to have the opulent home completely renovated after spending mιllιons to buy it. His new property, which covers roughly 40,000 square feet, has luxurious facilities including six baths, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool.
The ultra-luxurious waterfront house has a small wooden harbor in the backyard that provides access to the ocean.
Rick will be able to enjoy the luxuries like an entertainment area after he moves into the home.
According to reports, the rapper from Money In The Grave will soon close on the sale of the estate, which went on the market in May.
His previous pᴜrchase, the Miami residence of NBA former player Amar’e Stoudemire for $3.5 mιllιon, was made roughly two years ago, according to Architectural Digest.
Rick stated on the REVOLT program Assets Over Liabilities that “I still haven’t slept in that b**** once” months after pᴜrchasing Amare’s home.
But, he reasoned, “Guess what? The value is that I could be able to sell the same home for up to $3 mιllιon more than I paid for it.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Rick Ross also paid Meek Mill $4.2 mιllιon a few months ago to buy his Atlanta property off of him.
Rick bought a mιllιon-dollar Atlanta home when he first started to earn serious money as a rapper simply out of curiosity.
In a 2021 interview, Rick recalled, “Homes was something I was always fascinated about, so me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta.” We used to frequently pass this location while riding and would pause, pull over, and say, “God dɑmn.”
In his own words, “After I got my deal and my circumstance, I bought a mιllιon-dollar home that I still own that’s right around the corner, maybe two minutes from here, just so I can ride by it every day while I’m in Atlanta, and that’s what the play was.”
The eye-watering 109-room home in Georgia that Rick pᴜrchased from Evander Holyfield and called The Promise Land is his crowning achievement.
