The rustic four-bedroom cottage on the Pacific Ocean was bought by the actor, 52, who is best known for playing the villainous Deckard Shaw in the Fast and Furious films, ten years ago.
The big-biceped British man stands to make a sizeable profit if he sells for even a small portion of the $19.95 million asking price given that he reportedly spent $10.6 million on the beach property back in 2009. That translates to an average annual value rise of over $1 million.
The house’s appeal is greatly influenced by its breathtaking setting. The Colony area of Malibu’s coveted Colony neighborhood’s secured gates conceal “The Blac House,” as it is lovingly known, directly on the private beach at the tip of a peninsula.
