Yo Gotti has put his hilltop residence in Los Angeles up for sale, less than a year after purchasing it. Located in Westlake Village, California, the rapper’s 3-acre property showcases a Tuscan-style mansion, two pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court.
Known for his successful album “The Art of Hustle” in 2016, which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, Mario Mims, professionally known as Yo Gotti, achieved his first major breakthrough. The following year, his song “Rake It Up” with Nicki Minaj reached the top 10 of the Һоt 100 charts. Currently, at the age of 41, Gotti operates Nashville’s Collective Music Group (CMG).
The Westlake Village property, named Villa Forza, is listed for $1 мιIIιоn more than what Gotti paid for it in May. Built in the late 1990s, the mansion overlooks the North Ranch Country Club golf course and boasts over 10,000 square feet of living space on a single level.
The interior exudes luxury, with glass-and-metal double front doors opening up to a spacious foyer adorned with a large skylight, offering views of the backyard and the rolling hills beyond.
The house features a living room with a fireplace, a library, a family room connected to a chef’s kitchen, and six guest/family rooms. The master suite encompasses a home gym, executive office, formal dining room, as well as two bathrooms, wardrobes, fireplaces, and jacuzzis.
Outside, the property is beautifully landscaped with manicured boxwood and rose gardens, towering palm trees, and serene fountains. It shines with a reflecting pool, an infinity-edge pool, and several terraces perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining, all overlooking the picturesque canyon.
