Just over six months after being up for sale, Kobe Bryant’s former Irvin, California, home is back on the market for $2.6 million. Furthermore, there’s no denying that the individual has changed.

The late Laker’s lender and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, originally paid $1.3 million for the aforementioned three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home.

Nine months after the five-time NBA champion’s poorly advised purchase, on October 27, 2020, Venessa listed the house for $1.995 million. Two days later, the Los Angeles Times reports, the property was purchased for $2 million.

The house is described as a “fully remodeled single-story unit” in the description.

Irvine Smith, a former player for Kobe Bryant, is back on the market for $2.6 million.

Tucked away in the private gated community, The Summit at Turtle Ridge is a portion of the immaculate Orange County neighborhood that just underwent more than $200,000 in upgrades.
