Nine months after the five-time NBA champion’s poorly advised purchase, on October 27, 2020, Venessa listed the house for $1.995 million. Two days later, the Los Angeles Times reports, the property was purchased for $2 million.
The house is described as a “fully remodeled single-story unit” in the description.
