The WWE legend Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson follows a rigorous training schedule that includes lengthy weightlifting workouts lasting six hours.

Johnson, 51, disclosed that during his exercises, he urinates into water bottles, regardless of whether he’s training for the silver screen or the ring.
In 2021, The Rock stated, “I usually stay pretty hydrated,” in an interview with Esquire. He further disclosed that his usage of bottles was influenced by the absence of a restroom in his mobile exercise facility, “Iron Paradise.”

“I have a lot of bathroom needs.” Not often, but probably once or twice when working out I have to use the restroom. I then take out the bottle.

It’s not a water bottle that I bought specifically to wash and clean after each use.

These are merely empty bottles that I no longer use, and since the clubs I work out at are iron paradises, they typically lack restrooms. It’s simply sultry, steamy, and filthy.

Alongside Roman Reigns, Rocky will headline WrestleMania 40’s opening night in Philadelphia against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. He faced Eric Rowan in his final match at WrestleMania 32 in 2019, the highly anticipated pay-per-view.

Johnson has been putting a lot of effort into getting in peak form for his comeback to the ring after taking a break to focus on his film career.

“I haven’t done that in the pro wrestling world in a very long time,” he remarked on the Pat McAfee program. The training camp, which I have already begun, is therefore the most crucial thing for me to focus on when I do return to the ring at WrestleMania.

“We’re full on in camp, and I have multiple rings set up over in Hawaii and on the west coast.”

Johnson has disclosed that he rises at 3:30 AM, regardless of the intensity of his training. He also mentioned that he trains every day for an hour, doing aerobic exercises.

“Unlike stunts or weight training, the type of training with professional wrestling requires a respect for the sport,” he said to E-News.
