Inside Rick Ross’ ‘Port of Miami 2’ album release party
Rick Ross hit the Miami clubs to celebrate the release of his aptly named album “Port of Miami 2” on Friday night.
The “Gold Roses” rapper coordinated his clothes with his car, rolling up to luxe club E11even around 3:30 a.m. in a candy apple red Ferrari.
Ross, 43, was wearing a matching red silk shirt and was “dripping in diamonds,” an insider told Page Six.
We’re told he took the stage to perform several of his hit songs, including, “Ima Boss,” “John” and “Purple Lamborghini.” We’re told he came with a large entourage and was pulling friends on stage with him, including “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star Gunplay.
“The crowd was insane,” said the source. “[There were] a lot of fans. They were singing every word.”
After riling up the crowd, we’re told the Miami native “hung out in the club’s party pit at the VIP table dancing and continuing to give shoutouts to the crowd while sipping on Belaire Rose champagne.”
Our spy added, “He was mingling with ladies, but no bumpin’ and grinding.”
“Port of Miami 2” debuted at No. 2 on this week’s Billboard 200 and included features from top artists including Drake, Wale, Swizz Beatz, Meek Mill, Nipsey Hussle, Teyana Taylor, Jeezy, Summer Walker, Lil Wayne, John Legend, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and more.
