A pair of puppies born with congenital blindness suffered the worst kind of rejection when they were abandoned in the grounds of an abandoned garage. Neighbors reported the case of the furry dogs to a foundation, noticing their presence and recognizing that they did not belong to the community.

Apparently someone had abandoned the pair of dogs to their fate.

Love Furry Friends shared the video with the story of these sisters. Sasha and Masha were eating grass when their rescuers arrived to pick them up.

Hungry and with no trace of water nearby, the poor dogs had no choice but to try grass to get something in their stomachs.

Upon discovering them, the rescuers were very moved.

Luckily, the women had some dog food in the vehicle and immediately went for it. That was a relief for the puppies who ate in desperation, it was obvious that they had not had a bite to eat for some time.

The puppies were docile and calm, so they immediately trusted the people who were feeding them. None of them put up any resistance when they tried to take them away from the field.

The dogs knew they just wanted to help them.

After a medical check-up, it was determined that the furry dogs were dehydrated and had a spectrum of malnutrition. But in addition to that, it was learned that the blindness of the dogs was congenital and not caused by any mistreatment, as one of the rescuers thought.

The puppies did not have their cornea properly formed and that did not allow them to see anything at all.

The puppies had used their other senses to survive and although there was a possibility of operating on them to install a lens, they were still too young for that. The sisters would have to wait 6 to 7 months before receiving surgery so that their eyeballs would be more mature.

Although the operation does not guarantee 100% that the dogs will see again, it is an option that the rescuers are willing to fight for.

The women will do everything to help the furry dogs.

Since the diagnosis, a new hope has been lit on the puppies’ path and that is why their rescuers are ready to wait for the necessary time and start working to have the puppies operated on.

While waiting for the convenient time for the surgery, the women have started to raise the necessary funds to cover all the medical expenses for Sasha and Masha.

For now the canines remain in the care of the noble women who rescued them from the abandoned garage lot. The canines have proven to be very grateful and playful little girls who enjoy bath time to the fullest.

Although Masha enjoys bath time the most, as her sister is a bit more fearful.

It will be a matter of time before these little dogs receive their operation and in the meantime, their rescuers take care of them.

However, seeing the healthy state of the sisters, the rescuers started to contact the profile of a loving family that wants to take them in for the rest of their lives.

The puppies live with Mia, another furry rescued by the pair of women.

The dogs need the love of a calm and lasting home, unfortunately the caregivers have already done so much for them. The women need to help other animals in trouble like they did for Sasha and Masha, they can’t take them in forever.

However, they changed their fate forever and will make sure they have the life they deserve in a home where they will be fully loved and protected until their last breath.

The future of the little ones is still uncertain, but what we do know is that they will never be alone again. These rescuers will do their best to place them in a good home. Also, that they continue to work hard to raise the money for the surgery.
