Having a pet at home is having another member of the family, and as such, we love it deeply, everything that happens to it affects us as if it were a person.
It is very sad when that adorable little animal that accompanies us every day sharing our life disappears without a trace.
Sadly, this is what happened to Cathy Scott, 27, who lost Jess, her cat after moving from Swanland to Hessle, Yorkshire, England in 2017.

It all happened when Cathy was about a month old in her new home and she let Jess out, but this cat never came home.
“I let him out after a month, they usually recommend waiting two weeks, but he never came back.”
Cathy said she searched everywhere for her cat, made several posts, even uploaded one on the networks last year, but never got any certain information about her beloved missing pet.

The days passed very slowly for Cathy, who tried to hold out hope of finding Jess whom she loved madly, but the days turned into weeks, months and years without knowing of her whereabouts.
What Cathy never imagined was that after two years of her disappearance, Jess would return to her lap and this time for good.
Without a doubt, this reunion is one of those things in life that we call a true “miracle”.
After two long years lost in a junkyard, Jess returned home.

Workers at a scrap yard in Hull found him after seeing the Facebook post where Cathy asked for help finding her.
“The other day someone saw her and contacted me.”
These kind-hearted men saw this little feline sitting on some old cars and recognized the image her owner had posted on the interwebs asking for any information on the whereabouts of her pet.

“They sent me a message. I had received many messages and thought it wasn’t him, but when they sent a picture I knew right away that it was Jess.”
The junkyard workers texted Cathy to tell her they had seen her cat.

“I don’t think he was anywhere else, the workers had pictures of him sitting in the cars. They say that since last month he started trusting them.”
Surprised and full of excitement Cathy went all the way to the junkyard and picked up Jess.

Cathy admits that after all this time she had given up hope of finding her cat. Fortunately, they are now back together again. Share this story which is a true miracle.
