The clergy and laity prayed for the innocently murdered babies near Nevyansk.

In the forest near the village of Anik near Nevyansk, clergy and laity arrived to erect a cross and pray at the site where the remains of 248 babies were found. After the consecration and installation of the cross, the remains of three more babies were discovered. In the place, which is now called the cemetery of the unborn, a prayer service was served in front of the icon of the Bethlehem Infants. The image was specially brought to the Urals from Moscow by Archpriest Maxim Obukhov, head of the medical and educational center “Life”. After the prayer service, Father Maxim spoke about this tragedy of the Russian people.
