This time we bring you a story of overcoming, love and courage, where a puppy survived all alone during the first months of her life.

Despite being so small and exposed to the dangers that the street offers, she managed to get by fighting with the little strength she had left.

It wasn’t until some charitable souls saw her trying to cross the road that they decided to stop and give her the help she needed.

Blind puppy trembling with hunger wandered from place to place with no one to stop her.

Evidently, the puppy was in very bad shape. She looked like a tiny lump of skin and bones. Head down and completely disoriented, she received a loving gesture, possibly the first in a long time that ended up saving her life.

The story of this beautiful little dog was shared via YouTube, where they explain:

“It is heartbreaking that a poor little soul is on a street, starving, sick, vulnerable and ignored by everyone. She is about three months old, was in a lot of pain and alone. She has suffered enough in her short life.”

Although the dog was rescued in the middle of a busy road, her condition indicated that no one had helped her.

Stories like these make us wonder: How can anyone be indifferent to the pain of such an innocent being? How many people had the opportunity to help her and did not do so?

While the details of how this adorable baby ended up on the streets are unknown, fortunately, her fate, which seemed to be marked by death, took a complete turn when some people were moved and ended up saving her.

“She is malnourished and sick because she has spent her life without a roof over her head, without proper food and very helpless. Someone found her in her horrible state when she was trying to cross the street to get something to eat.”

At her young age, this beautiful little dog has been through so much, she was so frail that even standing up and taking steps was a challenge for her.

When her rescuer gave her food, she seemed a bit shy at first but then recognized that they were good people and eventually gave in to their care.

When she was transferred to a veterinary clinic, her diagnosis determined that she had a long way to go.

She had a serious infection in her little eyes, which ended up worrying her caregivers. Malnourished and with some welts on her skin, she needed constant attention to make it through.

Because of her condition she spent several months hospitalized until she regained weight and her health was much more stable. While she has improved tremendously, her veterinarian believes she is likely to become permanently blind.

This beautiful puppy, although out of danger, is still fighting for her life. We are hopeful that her past injuries will not leave her with any after-effects and that she will make a satisfactory recovery.

Her change has been impressive, but the doctors fear that she may lose her sight forever.

For her rescuer, it was impossible to ignore the puppy, so she has decided to adopt her and make her a special member of her family.

Now this adorable ball of fur is still recovering under the roof of a real home and enjoying all the care offered by her family.

Nothing is more satisfying for all furry lovers than seeing stories with happy endings, knowing that there are still people willing to make a difference and perform small acts of love that no matter how small they may seem, can not only save a life, but transform it completely.
