The drama of a paralyzed stray dog who could not move his paws shocked a woman. What he did to get her attention moves anyone, but the outcome restores our faith in humanity.

“Necessity has a dog’s face”, a popular saying goes, and perhaps there is no saying closer to reality.

It is no lie that the furry ones that spend so much work in the street, without a roof or constant food, will do whatever it takes to feed themselves, even if it is from the leftovers that are offered to them.

This has been demonstrated by the gesture of a paralyzed dog whose story has broken our hearts.

This stray mongrel has been christened Kuya Bon.

The furry dog suffers from paralysis, he lost the mobility in his paws so he crawls to be able to move.

A very painful matter for him and even more so for a stray dog that has to overcome a thousand and one obstacles along the way.

Apparently, the poor thing would have been left that way after being run over by a vehicle. But this was not the only pain that Kuya Bon endured, as he had also suffered from his owner’s abandonment.

As if that were not enough, after being run over, everyone who passed by his side pretended he did not exist without wanting to help him.

With this desolate life, the creature was trying to get by, until the help he needed finally arrived.

Someone decided to support him.

One day, a stranger saw him on the street and offered him a bowl of food. Faced with such an appetizing gift, Kuya Bon did not hesitate to crawl frantically on the ground to reach the food.

The begging scene of the little furry dog, who was unable to move his paws, moved the young woman, who decided not to leave him alone.

The woman rescued him and took him to a veterinary center to evaluate his situation.

While Kuya was undergoing X-rays, the lady called a local rescue center to tell them about the case and ask for help for the furry boy.

She knew the case was far from simple.

After the call, STEP Official decided to step in and took over the situation. The furry dog is still undergoing rehabilitation, although he will not be able to regain his mobility if they wait for his health to improve.

This canine has a long way to go, but most importantly, he can now rest assured that he will never have to return to the street again.

Step Official posted a video on its networks in which it made known such a touching rescue story.

Kuya Bon’s life would not have changed without the intervention of that good Samaritan who not only fed him, but refused to leave him alone on the street. In fact, he would not have survived another day if he had not received such treatment.

Your help, that of the foundation and the veterinary team have allowed this dog to have a better life now. Hopefully, in the future, Kuya will be able to enjoy a wheelchair that will allow him to move around better.
