A kitten is melting the seemingly rude hearts of police officers after choosing a police station. She never imagined she’d get so much love, and that she’d end up getting hired.
A police station in Busan, South Korea, will never be the same again. There, a unique resident has set out to change the routine of all the law enforcement officers who work there.
It all started because of a tragic accident. Police officers found a stray cat that was involved in the most unfortunate way possible with an automobile mishap. During the crash, all of her kittens died and the mother was left alone and depressed.
This kitten was able to survive the pain of losing her entire litter.

Out of respect for the kitten’s grief, the officers were kind enough to bury her kittens and after the incident, they never heard from the mother cat again. In some cases they wondered if she would make it through the sadness, but they would find out a few weeks later.
The cat returned to the same Busan police station, this time to stay. The officers greeted the animal with affection and were relieved to see that she was in good spirits, but there was something else: the kitten was pregnant.
Soon, new kittens were born, in a most unimaginable place.

Immediately, they prepared to receive the litter, so they set up a place for her at the guard post. The officers on duty assisted her in the delivery, to make sure that everything would go well, even cutting the kittens’ umbilical cords.
When the kittens were born, everyone at the police station fell in love with them and decided to care for them until they were strong enough to fend for themselves.
The family brought joy to this police station

The officers named the mother cat “Molang”, a word that in Korean means I don’t know, because as the name itself indicates, they have no idea where the kitten came from, let alone why she chose this station to give birth to her new litter.

Although the police officers thought they would only have the kittens for a few weeks, time went by and months later, all these kittens are still there. They live there permanently and all the police officers love them.

It is hard to concentrate on work with so many little ones running around. The policemen spend part of their time playing with them and making sure they are healthy and well fed. Definitely. Molang couldn’t have picked a better place to watch her cubs grow up.
Best of all, it didn’t take long for the feline to become an official member of the force, receiving her own uniform and badge.
Molang takes her duties with absolute seriousness, responsibility and commitment.

But the kittens were not to be left behind, and imitating their mother, they soon became worthy of important positions in the Police Station. They accompany, encourage and cheer up their fellow police officers when they are on duty, definitely their support is not little.

They are officially the first feline police family in South Korea. Don’t you think their story is cute?

Now, all the felines roam around the police station in their respective uniforms, and they are recognized as real policemen by the city and the country’s inhabitants.

The good thing is that their life is not just work, there is also time to rest and they usually turn all the cardboard boxes into comfortable beds. They also take time to play and do kitty activities.

How can you not adore this family of police kittens?

The beautiful journey of Molang and her little police kittens is a great breath of hope in the midst of so many cases of indolence and evil. Congratulations to the officers who knew how to offer them a chance and all the love in the world.
