The hairiest girl in the world shaved her face and got married!

Getting into the Guinness Book of Records is always prestigious and very exciting, especially if you have some unique abilities or talents. But, alas, in 2010, 10-year-old Supatra Sasuphan from Bangkok graced one of the pages of the famous book not at all because of this.

..but simply because hair began to grow thickly on the girl’s face and she was officially recognized as “the hairiest girl in the world”!

The fact that the child is not all right, Supatra’s parents realized immediately after her birth. It turns out that the girl was born with abnormally small nostrils and could hardly breathe. Then the baby spent the first three months of her life in an incubator, and in general, after her birth, she saw her home only 10 months later, while she survived several operations.

But the suffering of Supatra did not end there – unusual symptoms began to manifest themselves to a greater and greater extent. The girl’s teeth grew very slowly, she could not see well, but the worst thing was that thick bristles sprouted on her face, which did not even spare her forehead, eyelids and nose!

In a word, Supatra Sasufan was finally diagnosed with a rare genetic Ambergris syndrome, better known to the people as “Werewolf Syndrome”.

You will not believe it, but from the Middle Ages to the present day, not only there are no drugs that make life easier with such a diagnosis, but even modern methods, such as laser hair removal, do not help – after such a procedure, the hair begins to grow even faster and becomes tougher!

It is difficult to imagine how much suffering this little girl has suffered since her first entry into society, not to mention school, and the nicknames “wolf girl” and “chewbacca” can be considered even the most harmless in her address.

But do you think it broke Supatra? After getting into the Guinness Book of Records, she frankly admitted:

“I don’t feel like anyone else and I have a lot of friends at school… Being hairy makes me special. There have been a few people who have teased me and called me “monkey face” but they don’t do that anymore. I’m used to this state. I don’t feel facial hair, except when it gets too long. And I hope one day I will cure it … “

But we also have good news – today the 17-year-old hairiest girl in the world not only learned to live with her unique feature, but even met the “love of her life” and got married!

True, she has not yet disclosed the name of her husband, but she has already shared the first general photo, which immediately became viral on the social network and received many words of approval. Well, for absolute happiness in married life, Supatra Sasufan nevertheless decided to regularly shave her face and body!
