This is the adorable moment an elephant stumbles while attempting to chase away a puppy.

The nine-month-old T-noi exited his enclosure when the mutt began howling.

He paused briefly to observe where the dog was going.

T-noi, pictured on the left, escaped his enclosure to pursue a barking light brown Aspin, pictured on the right.

The elephant slipped on the muddy ground while chasing the dog at the Rai Aomgord Phu Kao Organic Farm in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand.

As the mutt attempted to flee, the elephant pursued him.

Before he could approach the brown dog, however, T-noi stumbled and fell on the muddy ground.

After falling, the elephant quickly stood up.

The dog then turned around and, accompanied by a second mutt, pursued T-noi back into his enclosure.

After entering the enclosure, the elephant took a step back while observing the two dogs.

The scene occurred in the Rai Aomgord Phu Kao Organic Farm in northern Thailand’s Chiang Mai province.

Manager Sathian Jaikham said that the ay elephant fell on May 30 due to severe rainfall in the region.

He stated, “This ay elephant and the dogs are engaged in a competition.”

T-noi desires all the attention, hence their relationship is strained.
