A little dog cried devastated for 9 long days in the same place where she was abandoned: a parking lot.

Puppies are so affectionate and loving that they cannot conceive their life without their beloved family to whom they give their absolute loyalty. But their love is not always reciprocated and they end up being left to their fate by those they love the most.

Neither in their minds nor in their hearts can they entertain the thought of their family leaving them forever.

A little dog with a beautiful white coat was left to fend for herself in the middle of a lonely parking lot of a Sam’s Club store in Memphis, Tennessee, USA.

She couldn’t believe what was happening to her and hoped they would come back for her, waiting nine days on the spot, howling in pain and sadness, as captured in a video that went viral.

The scenes strike a chord with everyone on the networks

As expected, the furry little furry named Samantha ended up heartbroken, refusing to trust any other human, so it wasn’t easy at all to rescue her.

She didn’t want anyone to come near her, let alone lay hands on her. She just wanted her human to come back and take her home.

Her little eyes said it all

But her rescuer, Mary from Arrow Dog Rescue, wasn’t about to turn her back on this beautiful living thing.

And she figured that if he didn’t want to trust humans, maybe he could trust someone of his own kind, so she decided to take her little dog with her and waited patiently for Samantha to approach.

“It’s so heartbreaking, why people are so mean. The video is so sad. Personally, I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if she did something like that,” commented one netizen.

But soon her crying would be consoled

After three and a half days of waiting, Samantha finally felt safe with Mary’s dog, which gave the woman enough courage to approach her. Finally, the little dog accepted Mary’s help and followed her home.

A fate awaited her that would change her life forever.

Later, Mary took Samantha to the shelter. Volunteers posted Samantha’s story on social media and soon, many people showed up to offer her a safe and loving home.

No one could help but be moved by her sad story

“She has been through so much, she deserves only the best in the world. I wish you to be very happy, beautiful,” said another user.

The volunteers chose the perfect home for Samantha, but she was still traumatized by her sad past. However, her new family waited patiently for her to come out of her shy shell.

Today, all of Samantha’s fear and uncertainties melted away with the boundless love she receives from her new family!

Thankfully, this beautiful little dog has managed to put the bitter experience she endured behind her and life has given her the opportunity to be happy, as she was always meant to be.

We are glad that the heart wrenching cry that pierced the hearts of so many who saw the video was finally a thing of the past.

We’re sad that they did that to the poor little furry thing, who probably only gave love and loyalty to her former family. But her being abandoned was the best thing that could have happened to her.
