A dog who endured a life of suffering managed to find a new loving home after an incredible rescue mission by Humane Society International.

Juliette is a beautiful golden retriever who managed to win the heart of Korean-American actor Daniel Henney, who fell in love with the furry dog from the first moment he saw her videos on the Humane Society’s website.

Puppy rescued from a dog farm enjoys life with a celebrity.

The puppy was rescued from a dog meat farm in Hongseong, South Korea. The actor is a passionate advocate for our canine friends, and for several years has worked with Humane Society International to raise awareness in North Korea about all the benefits of dog adoption.

For a long time, the little dog spent her life tied to a chain, without receiving a gesture of love, let alone the necessary care that every little dog needs.

But all her misfortunes are a thing of the past, now she enjoys a new life with Henney and is a member of his family. In this regard the actor commented:

“When I met Juliette for the first time, it was love at first sight. She completely and totally melted my heart and has become an incredible member of our family.

Considering what she has had to live through, she is so gentle and sweet, so patient.

But there are thousands of other dogs like Juliette living in cages on dog meat farms that need our help and that’s why I’m supporting HSI’s mission to end suffering.”

For the actor, the little dog is a true angel who fits right in with the rest of his family. She has formed a great bond with Roscoe, another puppy adopted by the actor.

They are a pair full of energy and love that brighten Henney’s days. The furry pair have become inseparable, playing, running, eating and sleeping together.

This adorable ball of dogs along with their adoptive father has become an ambassador to promote furry adoption.

Jeffrey Flocken, president of HSI, stresses that he couldn’t be happier about Juliette’s end, she is a loving and sweet dog who deserves the best. In this regard, Flocken said:

“She has had a difficult start in life; a dog meat farm is a grim place to live without love and comfort, so we were delighted to be able to save Juliette and all the other dogs from that fate.

Many dogs in South Korea need to find homes, so we are excited to work with Daniel to raise awareness about dog adoption.

Juliette is a perfect ambassador dog for our work, and we hope her story will help other dogs find their happy ending.”

This little dog’s journey to enjoy the life she has today has been a long one. Along with 70 other furry dogs, she was rescued living in misery, chained and outdoors.

These little animals endure the worst possible hardships, they have no chance of knowing a loving gesture or a kind caress from their recruiters. All they can do is wait to die.

HSI has rescued more than 2,000 puppies who have been transported to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and the Netherlands. This hand in hand with farmers who decide to make a change in their lives and get out of this industry to start working with vegetable farming.
