What makes a puppy charming beyond her physical appearance is the tenderness and love she is able to transmit. Sadly, some people don’t think that way and a furry dog was not adopted because of her appearance, until life gave her a second chance.

The dog lived on the street as a baby and her unusual little face set her apart from the rest.

Lizzie is a beautiful little dog who lived in street conditions in Romania for a long time, until she was found and rescued by the animal rescue organization Howl Of A Dog.

She had been born with her lower jaw protruding in relation to her upper jaw, it gave her face a different shape and didn’t seem to please everyone.

The little dog was growing, but almost no one was able to appreciate her beauty.

Like most of the little animals that arrive on the street, it was not known how she appeared there or if she ever had a family.

What is certain is that when the rescuers came across her uniqueness, they were captivated by her and were extremely tender. They took her to the shelter and she remained there without getting anyone interested in her.

“Lizzie has been in our care at Howl Of A Dog for over a year.

Despite her loving and friendly temperament, she has been ignored by potential adoptive families because of one small detail in her appearance: she was born with a prominent bite (misaligned teeth),” said a representative of the organization.

It was time to do something to help her find a loving home that would be willing to take her in.

It couldn’t be just anyone, it had to be a special human who valued the sweetness of Lizzie’s smile. For her part, she was determined to show all that she was capable of giving to the lucky ones who would take her in.

Nothing seemed to work, two long years had passed and Howl Of A Dog published on its social networks the pictures with the case of the little dog.

The news circulated quickly and thousands of people were touched just by looking at her. In a short time they began to take an interest and comment on how lovely the little girl was.

“She is fantastic, I have never seen such a beautiful dog with such a mischievous smile. I would like to have her at home,” said an excited Internet user.

Luck knocked on the door with a woman who lives in Colorado, USA and is an animal lover.

The woman was visiting Europe and saw the publication, was delighted to see the cute face and contacted the rescue organization to meet the puppy.

Finally someone came along and fell in love with the lovely puppy. It was love at first sight, she had no doubt, she wanted her with her. She started the paperwork to finalize the adoption of her pet full of enthusiasm.

“After almost two years of waiting for someone to notice her and love her for the special dog she is, Lizzie has finally been adopted.

Her new home is in Colorado,” said a representative for Howl Of A Dog.

Lizzie was adopted and traveled from continent to continent with her mother to get to what would be her new home. She was immensely happy, what she had longed for was here, the bad days were behind her, new experiences full of hope were ahead of her.

She had to wait a long time for her new family, but it was all worth it.

The dog was patient, she was sure that the right person would come along. A second chance was opening up and she was ready to enjoy it to the fullest. Now she is part of a family that adores her and never tires of indulging her deepest doggy whims.
