The Magic of Amandartc: The Power of Amulets on the Skin

An Artist Who Eternal Moments with Intention and Affection

In the bustling metropolis of São Paulo lives an artist who brings with her the essence of the beaches of Maceió, the wisdom of her travels through Southeast Asia and the sensitivity of a sunny and free soul: Amanda Rodrigues.

She is more than a tattoo artist. She is a storyteller, a mage of traits, a keeper of intent. When we scroll through her Instagram, @amandartc , we find works that reflect her passion for nature, the feminine and the mystical.

“I see the tattoo as an amulet. An artistic expression created with the intention of expressing the sensations and stories that are shared with me.” – Amanda Rodrigues

Amanda, although graduated in Architecture and Urbanism, found her true vocation in the art of tattooing. A vocation discovered after a transformative backpacking trip through the Philippines and Vietnam. Her art combines fineline, geometric, ornamental and organic influences, creating personalized amulets that become extensions of the soul of those who carry them.

She doesn’t just tattoo, but involves her clients in a ritual from the first contact. This ritual is welcoming, understanding, connecting. Upon accessing her website, we are already introduced to her philosophy: “art with intention and affection” . Amanda believes that tattooing can be a personal magic, and her studio in São Paulo is witness to this daily alchemy.

When questioned about her differential, she is clear: “I believe in tattooing as a ritual of self-care, of connection with yourself and with the Universe.” It makes each person aware of the power of carrying an amulet on their skin and offers a space for conversation, exchange and mutual growth.

Challenges? Of course she faced them. However, Amanda has learned to trust her intuition and surrender to the creative flow, allowing each amulet created to reflect the energy and intention of the one who carries it.

His work also goes beyond the borders of the skin. His first book, “o so much que eu amo” , is a collection of illustrated poems that express his vision of the world and his connection with the Universe.

If you are looking for more than a tattoo, if you want to immortalize a moment, a feeling or a purpose, Amanda Rodrigues is the artist who can guide you on this journey. She not only leaves a mark on the skin, but also on the heart.
