Linda Moulton Howe is an ufologist famous for her speculations that the US government is currently working with aliens. She is considered one of the most respected UFO investigators in the world. At the same time, it is well know that she has established contact with many important high-ranked whistle-blowers.

She stated in numerous occasions that aliens are real and are here on Earth. She also said that many important figures from the army and from intelligence agencies reached out to her and claimed that extra-terrestrials presence is real and extremely complicated.

One of those persons that spoke to her was a Washington DC military source. This person claimed that the government had established contact with at least one type of non-human entities

He also discussed with Moulton about a new type of Greys, known as Ibanez, which is an acronym that stands for extraterrestrial biological entities. Moulton also came to known that this type of Greys have the capacity to change the colour of their skin depending on their diet.

Their eyes are almond-like with brown irises. The government assured to her they have pear-shaped heads and not triangular as opposed to conventional Greys. Take a look at the following video.
