The development of genetic engineering gives scientists the opportunity to experiment with the DNA of animals. Sometimes the strangest creatures are born from scientific laboratories – from goat-spiders to giant cows!
Utah biologists decided to cross a goat with a spider. True, outwardly, no spider features appeared in the goats, otherwise it would be too scary. But now they give milk, from which, after filtering, you can get a real web, which, of course, is also somewhat unnerving.
The famous Belgian blue cows have also been artificially bred. Scientists managed to correct the DNA in such a way that the output turned out to be real pumping cows – any fitness trainer would envy such an addition.
Experiments on white mice are ongoing. As a result of one of the most famous scientists, a human ear was grown on the back of the Vacanti mouse: the biologist Charles Vacanti thus wanted to show the growing potential of genetics.
