A puppy who was just skin and bones met the right person on the wrong day and couldn’t stop wagging his tail and eating desperately.

After many nights of being cold and going to bed with nothing in his tummy, this furry puppy showed his rescuers how grateful he was to them for that morsel of food.

What the puppy didn’t realize was the transformation that awaited him next.This little guy was found on the side of a road with a noticeable malnutrition problem, his little bones were marked around his belly. In addition, his skin looked like a simple piece of cloth wrapped around him.

The worst thing was not that, but to see the state of fear in which she was living.

It was very likely that despite its smallness, the puppy had already been exposed to mistreatment and rejection by heartless people, as it was extremely fearful.

The girl who saw him for the first time approached him to help him, but the poor thing kept trembling.

The panorama changed the moment his rescuer decided to cheer him up with some dog kibble. The puppy couldn’t resist and his hunger was stronger than his fear, so he decided to take a chance and approached the young lady.

Although his paws were unsteady, the dog pounced on the food and ate desperately. We can’t imagine how long it would have gone without a bite, the most touching moment was when the puppy began to wag its little tail.

It was obvious that he was happy and wanted to show his appreciation.

Thanks to the kibble the woman was able to gain his trust and seeing his fragile state decided she had to rescue him.

She couldn’t just give him food, so she wanted to do more for him and took him to the volunteers of Stray Dog Cha-Am. This foundation that helps animals in street conditions did not think twice about taking the case.

The little one would be given a chance.

Upon being checked by a veterinarian, the doctor determined that our puppy not only had a spectrum of malnutrition but was covered with different pests both ticks and fleas.

This had caused him to become anemic and he also developed skin problems.

Clearly this little angel needed specialized care and attention, so the medical team and volunteers at the shelter got to work on his recovery.

After he was released from observation at the veterinary clinic, he was assigned to the care of a foster mother. This woman was in charge of continuing the work that had been carried out so far at the veterinarian’s office.

The dog received the best treatment: the love and encouragement of his new friends.

The days passed and our noble puppy was gaining strength and kilos of love. After two months his improvement was noticeable, so in less than a month he was ready to top the list of puppies for adoption.

Luckily, it didn’t take long for his ideal family to show up.

It seems that the puppy’s emotional story touched more than one on social networks and after several applications, the foundation determined that the best home for the dog would be with a family in Canada.

Yes, the furry one would start a new life, far from the place where he had been made so unhappy.

Although he must now get used to a completely different climate, the warmth of his new owners kept him protected.

Our grateful puppy finally knew happiness and now his little tail is wagging with pure joy knowing that he will never go hungry again.
